It has been quite a while since I had thought, and have been thinking since, of typing out something of some significance. However, whether it be pen on paper or my laptop that I intend to use to put things in motion, I feel as if five-hundred pound sloths are clinging to my fingers, enticing them to yield to their insipid, stupidly-content-belly-up way of life. Every now and then, one of them would even take the liberty of roiling my day’s thoughts and ideas with its long stirrer-like fingers, generally used to lodge it into tree trunks for days. The clarity is thus adulterated, as the unwanted sediments of the day’s thoughts slowly rise up in ironically sloth-like, but unstoppable swirls and cloud my thoughts, painstakingly saved for a moment of peaceful expression...
